The trail system is extensive throughout the property and most of the trails are wide enough to accommodate a truck.  As you enter the property, there is a large cleared area.  As you go up the hillside past the camp, the property plateaus and there is a well-equipped 8 x 8 raised hunting blind which provides shelter from the weather.  The current owners have had great success with deer hunting on the property.

Located just 30 minutes south of Ithaca.  Currently, there is no power at the road and would need to be extended approximately 1,000 feet from the last pole to get power to the property.
