This 40 acre recreational property is located in Newfield NY near Ithaca in Tompkins County.

This wooded parcel is a diverse property offering multiple species of hardwoods with some pine stands.  The hardwoods include red oak, hemlock, maple and beech.  There is a gate at the entrance to the property and a well-placed existing driveway leads to the camp.  The camp is a small one room cabin which measures 12 x 16 with a propane wall heater, and there is an outhouse.  A pole structure is near the cabin that was started with intentions to be built into a shelter for a small sawmill.

The trail system is extensive throughout the property and most of the trails are wide enough to accommodate a truck.  As you enter the property, there is a large cleared area.  As you go up the hillside past the camp, the property plateaus and there is a well-equipped 8 x 8 raised hunting blind which provides shelter from the weather.  The current owners have had great success with deer hunting on the property.

Located just 30 minutes south of Ithaca.  Currently, there is no power at the road and would need to be extended approximately 1,000 feet from the last pole to get power to the property.
