Much of the acreage on this lot is too steep to build, but all the pictures were taken within 200' or less of the town road where the slopes are not severe. There is run off from the hill across the street that needs to be managed with drainage ditches. Septic approval is also needed. Otherwise this is a great location with western view potential and very affordable, but know this lot will take some work.
