Seller to retain 2016 wheat crop and 2016 FSA payments. Buyer is responsible for notifying Pratt Co FSA as new owner. Possession at closing subject to tenant rights, with full possession after harvest of 2016 wheat crop. Seller is responsible for 2015 and prior years taxes and will credit Buyer $1064 at closing for 2016 taxes based off 2015 taxes of $1055.86 general and $7.80 specials.
