Greene County, Iowa Farmland Auction – Mark your calendar for Friday, November 7th, 2025, at 10 AM! I'm pleased to represent the beneficiaries of the Raymond E. Moorman Trust in the sale of their family farm located just north of Rippey, Iowa, and south of Grand Junction, Iowa in Greene County. The farm consists of 160 acres m/l and will be offered as a single tract. There are 147.39 certified FSA cropland acres with a CSR2 soil rating of 80.4 and prominent soil types of Clarion loam, Clarion-Storden complex, and Webster clay loam.
