New home or just for hunting...consider this 40 acres just south of Bessemer with apple trees, pines trees, some oaks too; there's also a creek, a small pond, and a road into about the center of the land. There's a sturdy hunting blind on a trail and we saw a number of buck rubs scattered throughout. Property used to be an old farm; the old house & barn foundations are still there and there is building debris to be burned or disposed of. Power was to the house, but would need to be upgraded. There is an old crock-well close to the old house site, condition or usuability is unknown. Old farm fields are pretty much grown over with trees now. Mostly all high ground, only a little low by the creek and in 1 spot in the driveway. Road into land is fine for a truck, but needs a little work for a car to manage it!
