Full access to kitchen (light cooking preferred), dining and living room, deck, washer, dryer (at lower level). You always have parking in the driveway or on the street in front of the house.
I am looking for a person who is clean and respects other people. Owner doesn't live there.
Please: no pet, no smoking inside the house, no guests. I can accept month-to-month but the required length of stay is 6 months or more. One-month deposit is required when moving in.
