Edgebrook Apartments offer two types of One-Bedroom apartments.
First type is a 2 story with one bedroom and bath upstairs, living room and eat in kitchen downstairs with sliding patio door to the outside patio and storage area. No washer or dryer hook up. Refrigerator and stove are furnished along with hotel style AC/Heater upstairs. Unit comes with electric baseboard heat downstairs. Private to current tenants only off-street parking. Tennant pays all utilities. One pet considered at additional cost. Pet must be preapproved by management prior to being on the premises, limit one.
Second type is a single story with one bedroom, bath with utility closet with washer and dryer hook up, living room, eat in kitchen, single car garage and private patio. Refrigerator and stove are furnished along with hotel style AC/Heater. Unit also comes with electric baseboard heat. Private, dedicated to your unit off street parking outside your garage. Tennant pays all utilities. One pet considered at additional cost. Pet must be preapproved by management prior to being on the premises, limit one.
