Roof was Stripped, 1/2" Sheathing with New Shingles. New Cedar Siding, Clapboards & New Exterior Trim was installed (5% of original trim saved). West side of home was Rebuilt to match Gable Style & Cathedral Ceiling at the entry. Porch on East Side was Rebuilt, some used original parts but mostly New Materials. Also Renovated was Circular Roof, Porch, Bead Board Ceiling & New Trim. New 200 amp service & City Sewer, City Water & Roughed in Plumbing was started. Set up for Natural Gas for Heating & Stove.
