A financially beneficial alternative with minimum commitment

Many of our residents are downsizing from a single family home. We understand this can be a stressful time. With our minimal financial and time commitment, Regency Village gives you the opportunity to downsize, upgrade and keep the profits from your home sale. In addition to monthly rent, we require only a refundable security deposit of one months’ rent. There is also a small Lock & key fee of $299. There is only a one year lease commitment.
