To ensure a warm and seamless welcome, the condo is stocked with essential supplies for your first day. Each unit includes one physical key and one fob, but the smart lock system allows for mobile app entry and multiple digital codes for easy access. A virtual fob can be purchased at the front desk for around $10. Please keep noise to a minimum to maintain a peaceful community. Parties or loud gatherings are not allowed and may result in fines by building management, which will be passed on to the responsible guest. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out requests require 24 hours' notice and will incur an additional cost. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a $300 fine for violations. Respect quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Package deliveries from Amazon, eBay, Best Buy, or similar services are not permitted at the property address. Any soiled or damaged towels or linens will incur a replacement fee. All items provided in the home must remain inside the unit, and missing items may result in additional charges. Lost apartment keys or fobs will require a replacement fee. Please remember to turn off the air conditioning when leaving the unit to help maintain an energy-efficient and comfortable environment.
