Check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. A late check-out request requires 24 hours' notice and will incur an additional cost. All guests must be registered with a valid photo ID on the day of check-in. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a $300 fine for any evidence of smoking. Please respect quiet hours, especially during nighttime, as this is a residential building. Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the unit to maintain an energy-efficient environment.
