Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-out requests require 24 hours' notice and may incur additional costs. Package deliveries from services like Amazon or eBay are not permitted at the property address. Any soiled or damaged towels or linens will incur a replacement fee. All household items must remain inside the unit, with missing items resulting in additional charges. Lost apartment keys or fobs will require a replacement fee. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited, with a $300 fine for any evidence of smoking. Please respect quiet hours and avoid loud noises, especially at night.
