It has been freshly painted and carpets have been professionally cleaned. There's a nice yard and a picnic table to enjoy your peaceful surroundings. It has been very quiet and peaceful. We'd like it to remain this way. My main priority is to have good a good tenant and to maintain a safe and peaceful community.
