This apartment is wheelchair accessible. Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay, with amenities available at the property's discretion. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No smoking, parties, or outside guests without permission are allowed. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry, anytime after check-in time.
