The master bedroom suite is also located on this floor and features big views, a large walk in closet, double vanity sink and a large shower. The master bedroom has direct access to the huge second floor porch. Don't worry about the stairs! There is an elevator that stops at all floors.

Outside,you will find the spacious "Fish Shack." This ground floor space is nicely finished and has a full kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters and full bath. The backyard is incredible. The lush lawn surrounds the patio and gunnite pool. Through the yard is the short dock that leads to the pier head, floating dock, and boat lift.
