The Marina was rebuilt in 2016 and reopened in 2017. The only component not replaced is the wooden fixed dock and metal ramp that leads to the concrete floating docks. The new construction is superior to the previous docks. The slips are 40' in length. There are restrictions on boat lenths. The slips vary in bottom depth depending on the distance from the shore, so before purchasing a slip it is best to verify the depth at mean low tide. There is a $200/mo. association fee that covers insurance of the facility as well as repairs, etc. Each boat in the marina must show evidence of insurance with liability of a minimum of $300,000. This slip is shallow and bottom is exposed at extreme low tides- better suited for small boats or flat bottomed boats.
