Sandcastle condo is a well maintained building that also includes Tennis courts and an elevator.
Unit has been remodeled, brand new : AC, Washer and Dryer, Microwave, Stove, Water heater, Floors, Furnishings.
Also an easy one hour drive to Disney World and other nearby attractions like Kennedy Space Center.

Apartment comes with a king size bed ( Casper Mattress , top of their line) , 2 queen beds ( Casper top of their line) and a pull out sofa. There is 2 full bathrooms, one of them has double sinks and a bath tub the other a shower and a single sink.
Apartment has towels and linens for everyone and a well equipped kitchen.
Full kitchen for gatherings and a Barbecue in the common area of the building.
The unit is the last unit on the side of the building thus it offers amazing views and sounds of the Ocean, you will be able to see and enjoy the Ocean from your Bed in the Master bedroom and from the sofa in living room as well. Amazing Sunsets as well.. Pets are not allowed.
Subleasing is strictly not permitted. No short term rentals are permitted either such as Airbnb or any other kind.

Owner pays for electrical (up to $150 per month), internet, cable, and water. In addition, owner includes cleaning service (standard level per cleaning service company) to come every 2 weeks.

No pets and No smoking or vaping is allowed. No large parties.
Minimum 1 month, pricing varies for high season, if more than 6 months a lower rate can be negotiated. For any lease under 6 months, tenant also pays all applicable taxes ~12%. Applicants must complete full background and credit check including verification of current employment.
