There's 1 bathroom, nothing fancy, but fits the scene well, along with a covered porch perfect for lounging. The interior nautical theme is well orchestrated. The cabin is serviced by a newer well and almost new septic system. The septic system is fully approved by the Burlington County Health Department. But here's the bonus. If the cabin was not your thing... this dwelling can be demolished in favor of a 3 level, 1000 square foot per level, brand new house! So we're talking about a 3,000 square house over looking Bull Creek! There are a few options: if you use the existing footprint, a home can be built up, to 3 stories tall, (3 squares of 1,000') on the existing footprint of the current cabin. Or, if you pushed the house footprint back 50' a home with a larger footprint can be built. The best thing is that either way the septic is already built to accommodate the load.
