The studio features a gourmet kitchen, a living room, and laundry facilities, including an ironing board and clothes iron. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality utensils, plates, a coffee maker, and many more useful items. The studio also offers spacious closet space, and the bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer, high-quality white towels, body wash, and shampoo.
Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request. There is a $75 per day charge for cats or dogs unless waived by the owner in writing. Parking is available, but you will be charged a $500 replacement fee if the parking pass is not returned.

No smoking or use of drugs is allowed inside the apartment, with a $500 penalty for smoking inside the unit. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, and no parties or events are allowed. Be respectful to neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. A $250 charge applies for unauthorized parties. The guest is responsible for taking all their belongings and organizing used towels and bed sheets in one place. Guests have full access to the kitchen and appliances and are responsible for cleaning up after use. Damaged appliances must be repaired at the guest's expense. Linen and towels are high-quality, and guests are asked to avoid using them for makeup or anything that may cause permanent stains, as damaged items will be charged back to the guest.
Your personalized guest app provides door access codes for self check-in and allows you to request grocery delivery prior to arrival, airport drop-off service, mid-stay cleans, free laundry pick-up and drop-off, and access to the house manual. Wi-Fi is available for your convenience.
