A new Water Heater was installed for $1193. This squeaky clean Garden Home is better than new. What is not to like? Across the street is a very large shaded community park. This Home is just North of the Hospital Complex. The yard is emerald green, gorgeous, and easy to keep up with a sprinkler system. The back yard is completely fenced. There is a gate to open to stash your Fishing boat out of sight and secure. What's not to like about this House? The Gutter system is routed underground to the street so the yard does not flood with roof run off. What's not to like? The annual Taxes are $1073.09 and the annual Insurance is $1,186.83. We have a four point inspection in file. What's not to like. This Home is just South of the main entrance of the University of West Florida.
