For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no pets policy, including emotional support animals, with only ADA-compliant service dogs allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, with violators charged a $500 fine. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking, and the traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
