This four-story coastal retreat offers thoughtfully designed spaces for relaxation and entertainment. The open-concept living areas feature plush seating, high ceilings, and large windows showcasing stunning Currituck Sound views. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, and two dishwashers. It's stocked with cookware, serving ware, BBQ utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker with pods, sugar, and creamer. A starter basket of snacks and a guidebook with local recommendations welcome you.
We welcome dogs only for a fee of $200 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs, each weighing up to 50 lbs. A pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair, and if any waste beyond hair is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. The pool heater incurs a daily fee of $125 plus tax, and it must be booked and paid for the duration of your stay. Our pool is closed and covered seasonally from November to March.

Corolla is home to midges, tiny seasonal bugs that are harmless but can appear in large numbers. To keep them out, we recommend keeping doors closed as much as possible and turning off outdoor lights at night. Bug spray is a great idea for enjoying the deck and pool areas. Additionally, snakes from the nearby marsh can occasionally be spotted. If you see one on the property, contact us immediately for removal. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, and any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM, and excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas, and no dogs are allowed in the pool. Only park in designated areas: garage and driveway, with a maximum of 7 vehicles allowed. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
