This four-story coastal retreat offers spacious living areas designed for relaxation and entertainment. The open-concept living areas feature plush seating, high ceilings, and large windows showcasing stunning Currituck Sound views. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, serving ware, and a Keurig coffee maker with pods. Seven beautifully furnished bedrooms provide a serene retreat, each with luxurious linens, smart TVs, and ample storage. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs throughout the home, and a dedicated game room with a Pac-Man arcade, foosball table, and board games.
Guests have access to garage parking and an EV charger for convenience. The pool heater is available for a daily fee of $125 plus tax, and the pool is closed seasonally from November to March. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. Additional pet fees will be processed through our guest portal after reservation confirmation. The use of the hot tub is included in the nightly rate.

The primary renter must be 21 or older, sign a rental agreement, and provide a valid photo ID. No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Smoking or vaping is not permitted indoors, and any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas, and no dogs are allowed in the pool. Only park in designated areas, with a maximum of 7 vehicles allowed. Children under 18 must be supervised when using the pool or spa. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances.
Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home, perfect for remote work or streaming entertainment. A laptop computer is not included.
As parents of young children, we provide a Pack 'n Play with crib sheets and kid-friendly cups, bowls, plates, and utensils. Books, games, and puzzles are available for fun family time together.
