Imagine waking up to the gentle sounds of water lapping against the shore and enjoying your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the lake. Every room in the house offers magnificent lake views, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of your surroundings. The open-concept living area features large windows that flood the space with natural light, and the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals. The primary bedroom is a luxurious retreat with a king bed, an optional futon that opens to a full-size sleeper if needed, and an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each feature a queen bed, and the living room provides additional sleeping options with a queen pull-out sofa bed and another optional futon that opens to a full.
The Lakehouse offers covered RV parking with a dedicated electrical hookup that can also serve as an EV charger. Only dogs are allowed with a maximum of two per reservation, and they must be taken out on a leash as there is no fenced-in area. Please clean up all waste left by your pets.
The Lakehouse is ideally situated on Cedar Creek Lake, offering easy access to water activities such as fishing, water skiing, and cruising the calm waters. The private boat dock with a boat lift and two jet ski lifts makes it convenient to bring your boat and jet skis. The dock area is perfect for swimming or sunbathing, and the addition of water access steps ensures safe and convenient lake entry for everyone.
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. Self-check-in is available with a SmartLock and a unique access code. No parties or events are allowed unless explicitly granted privilege in writing. Unauthorized parties will result in an initial fee of $1000, and you may be ordered to vacate the property immediately with no refund. No smoking inside the house. Please be respectful of neighbors during your stay. The fireplace in the living room is not allowed to be used, and has a gas shutoff. For your safety, no diving in the hot tub or lake, and do not allow children in the yard, around the lot, and around the hot tub without an adult present. We are not responsible for any accidents or otherwise negative experiences near the water. Please be responsible and know how to swim when around bodies of water.
