A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is gas operated and should not be left unattended. Towels are provided, but guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations, with a maximum of 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway.
