Flagler Estates is a nice neighborhood in the southern end of St. Johns County. It's conveniently located within 20-30 minutes to historic St. Augustine, Palm Coast and Palatka. It's one of the few areas still around that is open rural so you can park your RV, boat, ATV, work truck right in your backyard. You can enjoy a day trip to one of the many state or local parks. Favor Dykes State Park is just 10 minutes up the road where you can go camping with power hook-ups, fishing, hiking on nature trails, have a cookout in the picnic area, rent a kayak/canoe or bring your own and tool down the creek, let the kids play on the playground while you fish off the dock etc. Princess Place Preserve is just 10 minutes down the road where you can camp primitively, bring your horses and ride the many trails, rent or bring your own kayak to get out on the water, fishing from the bank, take a tour of the Princess's residence and so much more. Flagler Estates is close to two international airports JAX (Jacksonville) about an hour north, DAB (Daytona Beach) about 45 minutes south for all your travel needs. Cruise liners are just a short drive away at Jacksonville or Port Canaveral.
