Known in Hagerstown history annals as the West River School, this wonderful county home was built about 1912 and was converted to a single family home in the mid 1940's. Although much has changed, the history and character are still there. An asparagus patch is out back; many perennials can be found, peaceful country views and the home is surrounded on three side by farm fields.
