This 160 acre tract was formerly owned by the US Fish and Wildlife Service and was managed as habitat for wintering waterfowl as part of Theodore Roosevelt National Wildlife Refuge. The mobile home is sitting on a pad and is above the 100 year floodplain (Sharkey County regulations). A new treatment plant was installed.
