There are many places within walking distance of this building in Music Row, such as Old Glory and Bella Napoli. Midtown is within walking distance, and Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 away via Lyft/Uber.
All properties are smoke-free environments, and smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a zero-tolerance policy for weapons or drugs, which means the police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may need to complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [similar breed].
