If you are needing some space in a home I have some. I offer 4 bedroom and 3 baths with several bonus rooms to create your desired space. I would be great for a family that needs to work from home with a split floor plan. There are two main bedrooms that offers on suites; so if you need a family or friends to stay it would be ideal. I also have two large bonus room that can be used for a workout room, craft room or a home office, the possibility are up to you. My kitchen and baths was update several years ago with wood cabinets stainless steal appliances and granite counter tops. My current owner put a new roof on me in 2019 and recently put in a new hot water heater. I have a few other feature like a wood accent wall, a wood burning fire place, French doors and arch opening from the kitchen to dinning room. I'm on nice size lot with a wood deck in the back yard and room for a fire pit. I'm located near shopping centers and not far from Lake Monroe and some state parks.
