The yard has beautiful camellias planted alongside the north wall and a variety of irises, roses, and other bulbs in front. THE MERMAID WEATHERVANE AND BRACKET HANGING OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR DO NOT CONVEY. Outdoor furniture is negotiable. This has been a primary home since 2014, but a weekly rental prior. Association Dues are $480 per quarter and cover the common areas, 2 pools, beach access, sound pier, yard maintenance, roads, trash. The Villas Condos (Villas A, B, C) are about $300 per quarter, and cover water and septic and managed between the 3 homeowners.
