When you stay at this centrally-located condo in uptown Pagosa you will have easy access to a grocery store, restaurants, shopping, private lakes, golf course, ski resort, and National Forest.
The condo is amazing and inspiring, no matter the season. Aspen trees, mountains, and lake views out of each window.
A beautiful gas fireplace adds to the mountain chalet ambiance during winter. Enjoy a fantastic deck you can grill on during the summer.
With tall ceilings and an open floor plan, it really feels spacious when you come in! As you enter the home, you will see a small workstation that can be closed off from the rest of the house for meetings. The internet is very reliable in this area, and in the workspace, you can hardwire in. There is another monitor if you would like to have a dual monitor. On the main floor, there is a full bathroom that has been recently remodeled. A quaint and fully functional kitchen, including a dishwasher, is ready to be used. A dining table and chairs are next to the kitchen. You will find a reclining sofa and a Smart TV mounted on the wall in the family room.
Upstairs, you will find a walk-in closet, a half bathroom that has been recently remodeled, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. An AC window unit is stored in the closet during winter and available for the few hot days we have here during the summer. The views from the top level are even better!
The condo building has onsite laundry that is coin operated. The HOA takes care of snow removal and lawn care. In addition, the HOA has five private lakes that are stocked for fishing or paddling around, a rec center with a gym and pool, a dog park, and playgrounds. Some amenities have an additional fee for use.
Fully furnished, and a Mid-Term lease provides the flexibility to immerse yourself in Pagosa or post up while your home is renovated. If you are looking for an unfurnished option, please reach out, and we can determine if that is possible for long-term renters.
Mid-Term Rental - Flexible 1- to 12-month lease can be negotiated. The lease can start anytime after November 1, 2025. $750 refundable deposit. Long-term lease available with alightly different terms such as utilities in the renter's name, etc.
Utilities included mid-term: water, sewer, trash, HOA, internet, gas, and electricity.
