There is a spiral staircase leading from the ground floor to this space along with access from the upper level so it can be cut off from the remainder of the home.
The lowest level of the home is a retreat to die for. A large bar area (Viking dishwasher, beverage refrigerator, microwave and ice maker) bisects the living spaces and has a 700 bottle wine cellar beautifully separated with a mahogany glass door wall.
