The condo is fully furnished, meticulously maintained, and has only been rented to a couple long-term tenants (no pets). It has never been in a rental pool.

The condo is fully furnished, with all appliances, washer/dryer, flatware, glassware, plates, sheets, comforters, towels, linens, two LCD televisions, etc. Included is 1 reserved, covered parking spot in the garage, near the elevator. A second vehicle may be parked in the un-covered lots around the building.

The Condo lease is All-inclusive, (includes electricity, water, cable TV and Internet). The condo association does not allow tenants to have pets without application and prior approval of the Board. The rental term is for one year.

The HOA board requires all tenants to have renter's insurance (usually costs around $250/year and available from most any insurer). Residents with a Hammock Beach Club Membership can make use of a variety of amenities, including pools, fitness facilities, club rooms, and even tennis and pickleball courts. Golf memberships are also available, and the Freedom Boat Club operates right at the marina entrance for easy access to boating opportunities. Private boat slips are offered for those wishing to dock their own vessel. Utilities are included.
