The second floor has 2-3 bedrooms (the front bedroom extended into where the 3rd bedroom was to have a large closet area). The 3rd floor has two more bedrooms (one is a pass through). The basement is unfinished and includes the utilities and the laundry facilities. There's also laundry facilities in the kitchen. The home is still full of the owner's possessions, but it can be cleaned out prior to settlement, depending on the offer. This is a guardianship matter, so we'll need a minimum of 60 days settlement for the orphan's court approval for the sale to move forward to settlement. It's a very easy process, and in many cases, we're able to move settlement up sooner. The court appointed attorney will take care of that part of the process.
