In 2020 they replaced one of my water heaters and the burner on the other. My exterior was painted in 2017 and the interior in November 2020. I’m ready for you to move in and take care of me in the style I’ve grown accustomed. My lovely majestic trees have been well maintained and fond memories are whispering throughout this house and on the deck where many memorial gatherings were held.
I feed in to highly desirable RRISD schools. Close to dining, shopping, Concordia University, and lots of entertainment!
