In the building, this unit is a quick elevator ride up and nestled on a sunny, airy side of the building. Move-in ready, you are set to enjoy your condo from the start. Then, when it is time to relax, enjoy sitting at the kitchen counter, putting your feet up in front of the fireplace, or enjoy some fresh air sitting on the balcony. There is currently a tenant living in the condo, so if you are buying it as your primary residence, a rentback is needed until around November 10th.
