Rental Requirements
Minimum credit score of 690 with monthly income of at least 2.5x the monthly rent.
If you do not meet the 690 credit score requirement, a co-signer with a 700+ credit score and monthly income of at least 3x the monthly rent is required.
Applicants with credit scores around 650 must have monthly income of at least 3.5x the monthly rent to qualify.
