Efforts will be made to minimize disturbances, with 24 hours notice provided when possible. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. Monthly housekeeping is required for stays of 60 nights or longer, with a full mid-stay cleaning every 30 days, invoiced prior to the service.
