About This Home

As of June 2019

For over 10 years we have enjoyed coming down to our golf course home here in Sun City. We have loved the openness of this plan, with large rooms for entertaining our family and friends. We especially have enjoyed the bright and open Arizona room looking over the golf course. During our ownership, we had the kitchen and the guest bath completely remodeled and did some other updating as well. Outside we added an extended paver patio so that we could sit outside and enjoy the sunsets. Both the bedrooms are large enough for king size beds plus furniture. We also have a great set up for the den area inside the house behind the garage and off of the living room that over looks the golf course as well. We will miss coming down to this home and hope that the new owners will enjoy it as much as we have. We invite you to come see our home today.
