6. The home was designed with cross-ventilation in all rooms except for the baths. Great for fresh air and lots of natural light.
7. There is no dishwasher installed but there is a place for one to the right of the kitchen sink.
8. The stairs all have finished wood treads in case you don't want carpet on the stairs.
9. All existing appliances convey including the washer and dryer if the buyer wants them.
10. The county aerial map shows the property to adjoin the lake. The attached survey does not address this. To be on the safe side, I listed this as waterview. The area between the lake and the trees was always maintained by the homeowners because they wanted it to look nice.
