All of the bedrooms have flat screen tv's and access to covered decks where you can enjoy morning coffee, tea or favorite adult beverage. The top floor greets you with vaulted ceilings and abundant windows that provide natural light and views of the Currituck Sound. The kitchen is spacious with lots of granite counter space to accomodate all the chefs in the house. The dining table, breakfast nook table and bar seating ensure mealtime can be shared by everyone. The great room has comfortable couches and chairs focused around the flat screen tv and gas fireplace. The powder room is centrally located for convenience. The deck is the perfect place to relax and enjoy amazing sunsets over the sound. The top floor is also where you will find the grand bedroom with king bed, flat screen tv, private deck access, large full bath with dual vanity, shower and jacuzzi tub. Other Insurance of $300 is Excess Liability. Other Expense 1 of $231 is Propane
