There is a shared water meter with another contiguous lot I own that will be shared in the deed. After the Caldor fire, there are about 40 or so trees that came back to life. This ranch for the right person is a utopia in the Sierra Nevada's at the edge of civilization. You see, they stop plowing snow at the creek.
