Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is electrically operated and should not be left unattended. Guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels, as body towels are provided. A laptop computer is not included.
