Must see! Well done southwestern home. I LOVE this house, it reminds me of hanging out with the cowboys as a kid. Seldom do you see a home well done in Southwestern theme. It was my client's first home. I remember he immediately added tile throughout, backsplash, and was so excited to have his own place. The owner minded all the details adding security door, ring doorbell, fruit trees in backyard, sealed garage floor, and kept up with every piece of maintenance. He now has a growing family and they're too big for the house. We spoke for a long time as he really wanted to keep it but has no way to manage two homes so we are putting it on the market and looking for somebody who will love the home as much as his family did.
