The trees and landscaping are mature. You have multiple entry points from the Bypass, Hwy 544, and Kings Hwy. This 4br/2ba home has been kept up very well. The HVAC was replaced 12/2018. In 2022 the rear deck, shingles and skylights, exterior paint, interior paint, most of the interior floor covering is new with tile, carpet, and laminate, washer and dryer, granite in the kitchen, both bathroom vanities and fixtures, and a large pine tree including the stump that was close to the home was removed . The first floor is an open floor plan. Whether you are in the kitchen, dining room, or living room, you can easily communicate with others. The water heater was replaced in 2016. There are 2 spacious bedrooms on the first floor with one full bath(the washer/dryer is located in a closet in this bathroom). The second floor is accessed by an open staircase with wrought iron railing. The second floor has the Master bedroom (size 14.4x16).
