House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay).
Recognized for its small-town feel with big-city amenities, Saginaw is known as "the city on the right track". Nearby attractions include Eagle Mountain Park, Saginaw Heritage Square, and Airborne Trampoline Park. For those interested in exploring Dallas-Fort Worth, AT&T Stadium, Billy Bob’s Texas, the Fort Worth Stockyards, and Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport are all within a short drive.
Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. An additional nightly rate will be applied for each guest after the first six. The fireplace is gas operated, and guests use it at their own risk. Please do not leave it unattended. The smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps, and guests are welcome to log in with personal accounts. In order to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, a noise alert device has been installed in this home. This device does not record nor store sound data, but only measures decibels and sends alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
