House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay).

Only registered guests are allowed on the property. An additional nightly rate will be applied for each guest after the first six. The fireplace is gas operated, and guests use it at their own risk. Please do not leave it unattended. The smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps, and guests are welcome to log in with personal accounts. In order to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, a noise alert device has been installed in this home. This device does not record nor store sound data, but only measures decibels and sends alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
