Hello, I'm 106 Back Creek Ct and it's a pleasure to meet you. Recently, the family that had been living with me had a change it is time for them to move on. I'm not sad though, I'm excited for a new family to start making memories inside my walls and out in my spacious, private backyard. On the outside, I'm constructed of hardiplank siding, not your average vinyl, and I have a wonderful porch where you can sit on rocking chairs and watch the kids ride bikes in the cul de sac I'm situated on. But I'm more than just good looks on the outside, I'm beautiful on the inside as well. Some would say I'm a little bottom heavy, as I carry most of my weight on the first floor, which is mostly wood flooring. Here, you'll find an office, dining room, open kitchen and living room, and also the master bedroom with large closet and master bath. Upstairs isn't too shabby either. There are two bedrooms and a large loft area perfect for when you want to get away and watch the game or have movie night.
