Entertaining is going to be a blast and you DO have room for heirloom pieces and larger gatherings. Notice the nice flooring! It’s carried out into the family room. The family room boast soaring vaulted ceilings and the large windows are sure pleasing. The fireplace makes a nice focal point. The kitchen, just off the family room is nicely appointed with granite counters, tons cabinets, and a gas range. The “Cook” will appreciate that! There is a pantry too. This home has one of the best OUTDOOR Living Areas! The lawn is mature and well established. There is a covered cabana for entertaining. The back yard offers a privacy fence, perfect for keeping pets safe. The outbuilding does have power and I like the fact the lawnmower would not need to be stored in the garage. Back inside and still on the main level is the master bedroom. This room is oversized with a private master bath. Double sinks, jetted soaking tub, walk in shower, and walk in closet is all given! It is just so nice! A large laundry room, also on the main level, offers a laundry sink. I really like this feature for extra dirty items that might need to soak a bit before washing. Up the steps, and on the second level, you will find 2 guest bedrooms and a guest bath. All are well sized with plenty of closet space and functionality. The BONUS….well, it’s a BONUS! Use this room for crafting, sewing, or just hanging with friends while keeping bedrooms private. The bookcase is nice for additional storage. 106 N Clearstone sits minutes from Downtown Greenville OR Downtown Easley. Shopping is close and so are some of the areas best restaurants. Access to 85 can be reached with a short drive making a commute to work easy! The area provides a wonderful community feel as well. You are going to enjoy making new friends and have a home that will certainly make you feel as though you are always on vacation!
