Originally built by a local physician, this historic property has served as a residence, a library and the home of a local non-profit organization. The current owners had dreams of transforming a home of the past to it's full potential. Their dream came to fruition through 106 Saint Charles Street. Although the home's solid cypress structure was solid the remodel was extensive. Some of the work completed included leveling, stripping the ceilings and refinishing the salvageable wood flooring.
