The powder-white kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, with a breakfast bar for meals. The master bedroom features a luxuriously large king bed, an additional TV, and a dresser. The second bedroom includes another cozy king bed and a third TV. The central bathroom offers a stylish walk-in shower and a vanity stocked with essentials and fluffy towels. The covered back patio is perfect for enjoying the cool ocean breeze with a cup of coffee from your Keurig coffee machine. The yard and pool are shared with neighboring suites.

Paradise Palms is located just one block from the white sandy beach on the stunning Anastasia Island. The island shares the rich history of St. Augustine and its historic district, offering attractions, shops, and restaurants with a laid-back vibe. Visit the St. Augustine Lighthouse and Marine Museum or relax on the beaches of Anastasia State Park. St. Augustine Beach, just a block away, offers seaside restaurants, shops, and the St. John’s County Ocean Pier Park. The best way to explore St. Augustine is by car, with free parking included, or by using rideshare apps. The Old Town Trolley Tours provide a fun way to see the city with hop-on, hop-off service.
You may hear guests in the adjoining unit. The home has two active security cameras: one at the front facing the parking area and another facing the pool and full pool deck area. No private areas are visible, and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and violations will incur an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to a $50 per hour fee. A laptop computer is not included.
